I have this Document:
The reason I am using the background property is because the documents were opening in gmail with black backgrounds and completely obscured text. Unfortunately, now that its readable in gmail, now it doesn't work in MS Office, even though I am pretty sure that I coded it properly. Now I have the background set to white: ffffff and the text set to black: 000000. The document views fine in gmail, but whenever I open them in MS Office the text becomes very light grey, almost unreadable. Here is the text: https://ibb.co/G7pBDKS . Even worse, when I try to set the background to light grey 'd3d3d3', the text appears white: https://ibb.co/C7Mv2pY . It works better if I use color: 'a9a9a9' in my TextRun color but it still isn't quite right; its much more readable though. Is there any way I can fix this so that I can have a white background with black text? Or do I just have to settle for some kind of middle ground? |

Ugh, I'm really sorry. MS Word defaults with dark mode on, at least on Mac. I had to activate a subscription to be able to turn it off. Thanks again. |
