Document w/ ImageRun unable to open (Mac only?)

I'm trying to create a document which contains an image. I don't get any errors creating the document but then when i go to open it I see the following error:

Word experienced an error trying to open the file.
Try these suggestions.
* Check the file permissions for the document or drive.
* Make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space.
* Open the file with the Text Recovery converter.
 (Doc.docx)

I have tried using a few different image types and even base64, but I always get that error.

Anyone have any ideas?

I figured out my issue... I was putting an ImageRun inside of aTableCell and not inside of a Paragraph
