Tell us about your request
I would like the ability to have new repos added automatically to a team upon creation.

Which service(s) is this request for?
Docker Hub

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?
We are migrating thousands of repos to Docker hub. Our devs get added to a team with SCIM, we would like that team to have read-only access to all repos by default. We've automated almost the entire process except adding the repo to a team. Currently for every new repo an admin has to go in to the team and add the repo to it. It's a frustrating manual step that slows everything down. It would be nice if we were able to set a default team for any new repo added to our Orginization.

Are you currently working around the issue?
Currently an admin has to go check every day and add new repos to our team. We have found this work around (https://joplin.virington.com/shares/v56kQ6369enSLjWX6Brd42) which we are going to implement as a cron job. But it's kind of a hack and since it's going to have to iterate over every repo it's just going to put load on your resources and ours. This could just be a simple option on your end which would be better for both of us.

Hey @wellermann! Thanks for highlighting this issue. I confirm this feature as part of the roadmap, and we are working to deliver by early next year. I'd love to chat a bit further to learn about other your usage of hub. I am going to connect with you via our account team and try to get something set up.
