I try to install Wikipediaminer but on the Download page both links to the XML dumps (enwiki-20110722-pages-articles.xml.bz2, enwiki-20110901-pages-articles.xml.bz2 ) gives an error 404.

Are there anywhere working XML dumps?

You will find most up-to-date dumps at http://dumps.wikimedia.org/enwiki/
