Set custom file permissions

Hello, great work with this extension.
Back in sublime text Advanced New File lets you create files with custom file permissions using: "file_permissions": "777" in the settings. I have to run python and pass the script as argument, instead of the preferred way, running the script directly because of not having set the execution bit.

Could you implement this feature?

I don't have any resources to implement this right now. So if anyone wants to take this over until I get to it, you are more than welcome to :)

This should be very easy to do. There is a simple option available in fs.appendFile (https://nodejs.org/api/fs.html#fs_fs_appendfile_path_data_options_callback)
