Serial 3: GND missing #11

While I was reviewing the design, I have noticed that the Serial 3 (sheet nº2) has not GND signal connected. This could be the reason why the port can't power up connected modules.

In this image, it can be appreciated:

Good catch @imuguruza. This is indeed the reason why in my tests the Serial 3 doesn't respond at all.

@proficnc is there a reason why the GND hasn't been placed?

Victor, can you confirm it works as planned with a ground from somewhere else?

@proficnc i confirm that with a ground hacked to those pins it powers modules but the BBB still doesn't receive properly (no activity on /dev/ttyO1 or /dev/ttyO4).

No, we haven't, worth a try
