What should I do when contributing to DEL?

Issues

  • Security vulnerabilities: Please do not open up an issue to report a security vulnerability with DEL. Have a look at our security policy located in SECURITY.md
  • Bugs: If your issue is a bug, rather than a security issue, please check if the bug has been reported on our issue page, and if it has not, report it. We appreciate bug reports.
  • Feature enhancement: If you have a feature request, please check if someone has already suggested the feature on our issue page, and if it has not, feel free to suggest it!

Pull Requests

Preferred Language

The preferred language for this project is New Zealand English (the same as UK, AU english for the purposes of this project).

If you create PRs that contain the usage of other varients of English we will request that you change it in order to keep everything consistent.

Internationalisation

If your pull request (PR) contains new i18n strings please make this clear in your commit. Ideally, please also submit a pull request to discordextremelist/i18n and put this on your pull request or make a comment on it.
