On Windows 11, dragging a window or manually resizing it causes the temporary transparency feature to stay transparent. Bug is caused only when MaxTo is running. Only 1 window at a time gets stuck being transparent.

  1. On Windows 11 with MaxTo running
  2. Drag a windows explorer window from a maximized position or click to resize.
  3. Release the window and it should stay transparent.

The Windows 11 default behavior is to temporarily make a window transparent as it is being resized or moved and is meant to return to normal opacity when dropped or no longer being resized.
