Fix SystemTray Icon Menu on KDE Plasma #68

On plasma, there is an issue with the system tray menu. Rightclicking the icon does not open the menu.

I believe its caused by this: http://blog.davidedmundson.co.uk/blog/xembed_back

It is fixed by implementing the new notification protocol: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DesktopExperienceTeam/ApplicationIndicators
