We are creating a similar component to Lexicon that will be used like a summary.

Looks pretty good! Are you using a scroll listener to achieve this?

Adding reading time seems trivial: https://www.gatsbyjs.org/packages/gatsby-remark-reading-time/

The question is, "Is this good UX"? I don't have strong opinions either way on that haha. Nice work!
