Rendering large documents / hundred of images

Hi,

First of all, thanks a lot for this library, it is a breeze to use!

I am considering it for generating photo books, which can go up to 200 pages with a few hundred images. Do you think it could be handled easily?
I would only need to render 2 pages at a time in the browser, but the whole layout needs to be computed first I assume (to get the pagination correct). And I will need to generate the whole PDF on the server, it is a way to do it without loading everything in memory, like generating the layout, then rendering a few pages at a time to disk?
