some documents currently have the right metadata, but the wrong page uploaded

ex: http://localhost:8000/archives/doc/2_26_i_2

I thought I saw a commit that fixed this -- is this true? on the other hand, the link is still not working.

@srisi and @erica02139 tracked down most of these in our metadata cleaning session last week, but a few remain (including the one that @Carol217 identified here!). Let's make this into a tracking issue for these: I don't think there's a pipeline bug causing this; it looks like human error, and we're just going to have to handle them on a case-by-case basis (unless anyone sees anything I'm not seeing...).

  • archives/folder/2-26-i: this folder is screwy. doc_id 2 is showing the same PDF as 1. The PDF for 3 belongs to 2. The real PDF for 3 is missing.
