Support for Kubernetes environment

It was noted in the devon4quarkus team that some tutorials would be helpful, showing things that are mentioned in the documentation or the Quarkus reference application. Since we also work with tools like Kubernetes and Helm, a Kubernetes environment would be useful.
At the moment, we always use the Ubuntu 20.04 environment. Katacoda also supports an environment with Kubernetes playground preconfigured (https://www.katacoda.community/essentials/environments.html). We should add an option to switch between the environments used in the tutorial.
