I'm running fw 3.60 and the latest version of vhbb (0.92) and it crashes on startup every time.

Also got the same issue, and unable to get log files. I've attached the dump.

Let me starrt by saying; Im Brand New

It boots for me, the black screen can last >3 mins, this is not a crash... so unless you actually get the crash screen with the progress bar, just wait. that being said, it crashed the first 4 / 5 times before it became stable.

Another thing I've seen is that using the controls (up, down, left, etc) rather than using the touch screen can also make it crash and for some reason when trying to search and clicking an item in the main list (before install) will produce a crash.

Just my 2 cents on this.

Same symptom as InFaMouS9t85, initial start of the app was a 4 minute black screen.
After that it runs fine.

I assume there's a download or something that's meant to show a progress bar but is not.
