Crash while searching something with the app

Describe the bug
When I open the app, I go to the search section and search for my game, here I was looking up "Uncharted" for any results and this error displayed itself and made the app crash.

To Reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Click on the search section
3. Write keywords
4. Click search, error popup appear with code C2-12828-1

Expected behavior
I expected to have results out of the search function and not the error
