Bulk update lockfiles

Is there any way to configure Dependabot to do bulk updates of your lockfiles? Because it's nice and all that Dependabot updates my direct dependencies, but if those never get an update, any indirect dependencies never get touched at all, which seems pretty unfortunate that you entirely miss out on semver compatible patches for those. I would want a weekly or monthly PR that just does the equivalent of a cargo update / npm update.
