Enable scanning for .cue files or allow custom configurations

Use Case: We currently maintain common configuration settings using cue configuration, which mirrors the strings found in YAML files. By enabling scanning for .cue files, or providing a mechanism for custom configuration, we can ensure that our repositories remain compatible with Dependabot.

Impact: Many repositories in Azure DevOps (ADO) are currently blocked due to this limitation. By enabling support for custom configurations, we can resolve these blockages and onboard a large number of customers to use Dependabot

Required Changes: The strings and image names in .cue files are identical to those in regular files. Therefore, enabling scanning for files with desired extensions ( .cue) should address the issue
