Mainly minor improvements to components quality

Updated the card component, added back arrow to left side
Top level information details changes to center alignment for better fit; as well updated type styles common to piui
Errors: type styles / spacing / icon (?)
Voting/progress bars: updated colors
Votes modal: replaced tabs component with tables
