Totally filched from the DDD North site 😄

It would be a useful improvement to allow people to save a draft copy of their submission so that they can save it and come back to it later.

A nicer thing still would be for the site to email people who have drafts saved when the deadline comes up (e.g. 1 week before and again 1 day before) reminding them to complete them and publish them.
