I get the error message 'cp949'

I get an error message saying 'cp949'.
Do you know a workaround for this?

As far as I'm aware, no one else has encountered that error before. What were you doing when it occurred? Does it occur consistently when you do that?

Even if I reinstall, the message pops up, but there is nothing wrong except automatic loadyout, so I'll just do it! Thank you.

underground are automatically armed, but units created in aircraft carriers are not automatically armed and take off with only guns armed.

Which aircraft? You can always create your own default loadouts btw.

All aircraft are unarmed when departing from an aircraft carrier.
