Missing fields from 5 endpoints

Per SOW, all fields were to be replicated from each endpoint. This is mostly the case, but we are missing a few odd fields, which might not currently have any data but we'd like to capture for the future:

We are missing the optional ‘ConsentToTrack’ field on all 'list' endpoints / tables:

• Active Subscribers
• Unconfirmed Subscribers
• Unsubscribed Subscribers
• Bounced Subscribers
• Deleted Subscribers
• (List Details is completely missing, see Issue 1)

We'd like to include that field, as we might need to begin using it.

Also, the repeated 'CustomFields' key-value pairs are missing on the following endpoints / tables:

• Unconfirmed Subscribers
• Deleted Subscribers
• (List Details is completely missing, see Issue 1)

Again, would like to capture these if possible even if completely null at this point.
