Implement improvements from evaluation

There is this evaluation. There is also the official evaluation. Key points:

• Extend the lectures from 1h format. Make the lectures longer #8

• Better introduction to the various operating systems (Windows, Mac, Ubuntu). Record how to find terminal for various OSes #42

• Improve the material and lab related to the terminal. This is where they need to spend more time.
• Add more formative feedback in the grading script. (Alternatively set a grading rubric for the TAs to use. Add grading rubrics for assignments #32) Improve feedback to more formative character #19

• Emphasize preparation for the lectures.
