Development plan of Duchulai dot com website

Hi Guys,

This is site owner of duchulai dot com, a TTS service website with more than 5 years' service history.

I'd like your ideas on:

1. How to raise a minimal fund to pay the bill of Aliyun VM rental, domain name fee, etc to save me from further personal financial duty.
2. If we can reach a budget higher than that, we can create a plan to develop the site further, like empowered by AI/ML technologies. And we can use the extra budget to reward contributors to this project. (Never be me)

Our current assets:

1. Domain name duchulai.com, full paid to 2023-10-07 06:16:59, estimated charge will be 79 CNY a year.
2. VM and a Cloud hard drive, details:

   Full paid to 2024-08-08 00:00:00, estimated fee: slightly less than 2000 CNY a year.

My promise:

1. Raised fund doesn't need to reimburse my already done investment in this project.
2. I'll publicly disclose any cash flows on the project with evidence to satify any uncertain reviews here.
3. I'll not use the fund to purposes other than the bills of above listed 2 assets and future development spends.
4. Any payment from the fund will need to be approved by multiple members here with backgrounds we can all trust. We can reach an agreement for that.
5. If our future turns to be promising, I'll register a company and require partnerships from key members here. And I'll get profits from there. Which means I'll never touch a cent of the fund we are raising.

Anything you want me to state here, please comment! Both English and Mandarine are welcomed. I can also read Cantonese and Shanghai dialect typing. But those can cause other members hard to follow, will not be recommended.

广告收益太有限啦。收了钱，要持续更新，并服务升级的。我目前有服务升级计划。可能会涉及一些Research工作。比如用到Machine Learning。可能需要有Research意愿的兄弟帮忙。也许您做成了，自己写Paper呗。
Research需要做的是设计出训练用的最小语料库。这可能是未来的驱势，全民训练自己音色特点的Model。
