automapped dynamic class toString method returns null #62

Dynamic proxy toString() methods are returning null, which causes issues.

db.select(sql).autoMap(Foo.class).forEach(it -> {
  System.out.println("toString() is null: "+it.toString()==null);
});

I think this can be fixed here:

https://github.com/davidmoten/rxjava-jdbc/blob/master/src/main/java/com/github/davidmoten/rx/jdbc/Util.java#L392

I'll submit a PR.
