Describe the bug or issue you're encountering

When deleting a parent organization, it was recently fixed that it's child organizations would also be deleted (#801). However, this fails to delete it's children (e.g. groups, etc)

What are the relevant steps to reproduce, including the version(s) of the relevant software?

  1. Create an organization, a child organization, and group associated with the child organization
  2. Delete the parent organization
  3. Group will be non-deleted

If you instead delete the organization directly associated with the group, it will properly delete the group

What is the expected behavior?

  1. When a Parent org is deleted, the child organizations are deleted along with their associated objects.
