[Feature Request] Manage connections to organization databases

If an organization has a dedicated database, we need to make sure all write requests are written to their database, and any top leve changes to the root org are written to the main database

Reads:
If an organization has a dedicate database, we need to make sure the request reads from their database, potentially look into ATTACH (https://docs.turso.tech/features/attach-database) with turso or handling the reads from within datum.
