[Feature Request] Add ability to assign audit_log_viewer role to org members

audit logs (history tables) are restricted to users with the audit_log_viewer relation. This is assigned to the owner of the org by default. However, org owners should be able to assign the role to other users as well

Describe the solution you'd like to see with any relevant context

Users that are members of an organization, additionally be assigned the audit_log_viewer relation
