Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]
Something I want is the control over what resolutions are available on my twitch and youtube channel. For people who are not partnered, they do not have the ability to have multi resolutions unless they use twitch's enhanced setting in OBS, but that only works for twitch.
Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
An option to have the restreamer also convert the video into multiple resolutions and send them to the respective streaming services if they support it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
For the Twitch Enhanced Broadcasting, it streams to Twtich from OBS at 1080p, 720p, and 360p at either 60, 50, 48, 30, 25, or 24 fps, all resolutions will have the same fps value, but the fps value must be one of these listed.
If restreamer could do something similar that would be great.

This is a fairly low priority request, I am currently using the Twitch Enhanced Broadcasting tool in OBS which solves most of my problems, but I would also like to stream to YouTube and any other site I may add later on as well. It would be great if this app supported that.
