Not sure what this is supposed to do, but neither of these seem likely to be people's names.

name_type = pp.parse("toilet water")
print(name_type)
[('toilet', 'GivenName'), ('water', 'Surname')]

name_type = pp.parse("dirty laundry")
print(name_type)
[('dirty', 'GivenName'), ('laundry', 'Surname')]
