What is problem? (only list ONE problem per report)

Hi!
I have installed BlueRetro internally on a Sega Genesis M2, one player configuration. The fw version is 24.04 h1 genesis.

The result was quite good. pairing the controller I was able to configure the 6 buttons without problem. There is no lag and each button does what it should do.
But I have only one drawback: when I press a button and the dpad, it is like the button goes into turbo mode. i.e. if I hold down B and press the D-pad down, the B button goes berserk on its own non-stop until I release the D-pad. This makes some actions difficult, such as performing a combo or moving while you have to jump.

I have reviewed the connections, soldering, and wiring diagrams several times. Everything seems fine. Like its a one player config, I have made the "bridge" between 3v3 and IO36 as indicated. The glitch persists with any controller you pair. The same thing happened with a previous version, which was v1.8.3.

I really appreciate the time you take to respond.

Greetings from Argentina!

What did you expect to happen?

I would like that when I hold down a button, while pressing, for example, a direction on the d-pad, the previous button does not go into "turbo mode". That is, the entry does not begin to be repeated.

Exemplifying:
In Mortal Kombat the A button is for low blow, if I hold down the d-pad down at the same time, the low blow starts to repeat continuously.
