[CI/CD] Remove azure mirror avoidance #17493

Ubuntu azure mirror removal has not worked for some time now, as the apt configuration in the runner image has now changed and this mirror is now listed in /etc/apt/apt-mirrors.txt instead of /etc/apt/sources.list. As a result, we actually worked with the azure mirror. So far azure doesn't fail, so I'll just remove this hack for now (I can quickly fix it and bring it back if needed).

Just a heads up that ubuntu-24.04 will become ubuntu-latest soon, if that matters for anything...

Thanks for heads up, but I'm using the explicitly stated release, ubuntu-22.04, not ubuntu-latest (for obvious reasons), so it won't affect me. GitHub supports the two latest LTS releases of Ubuntu, so Ubuntu 22.04 will still be available until they support Ubuntu 26.04. It is more likely that by this time, rawspeed will infect us with its new build requirements and force darktable AppImage compatibility to be narrowed.
