请考虑acme.sh官方的七牛支持 #3

目前acme.sh官方版本（）已经合并了deploy/qiniu.sh，虽然还有个bug（我已经提交了PR(https://github.com/Neilpang/acme.sh/pull/2128)）。

因此建议直接使用acme.sh的支持，不用python了。

此外，我发现目前的版本其实只能自动issue证书，无法自动install。这时因为七牛的KEY的环境变量在cronjob运行时已经没有了，所以python脚本无法正常更新七牛。
