32位launchy调用64位cmd.exe #12

通过launchy启动cmd

症状：
观察进程，可以看到名为cmd.exe (*)的这样一个32位cmd 
shell，似乎没有任何办法可以调用默认的64位cmd.exe

原因：
搜索了一下msdn其中有些解释，32位app启动别的进程时，尤其��
�cmd这类系统应用时，会优先查找Syswow64这个目录下的对应的32
位app，如果没有则启动system32里面的64版本。

不过的确有办法可以做到32位launchy呼64位app，请优化调整。
