bad config in mrepo-example.conf #86

I know it is an example, anyone should modify it before using, but people(I am one of them) usually copy and paste, and run the program.

The bad config is:
lftp-mirror-options = -c -P

It should be:
lftp-mirror-options = -c -p

-P=# for --parallel[=N], # of parallel downloading.
-p for --no-perms, do not set file permissions.
