Watch height changes

Hi, how to check if element should stick after height change? I'm using bootstrap collapse method.

Same issue here, if I change the window height (e.g. make it bigger), the sticky container jumps after it reaches the end of the initial window height.

PS.: I mean if I change height of elements in my page that trigger a change in the height of the document, not when I manually resize the browser window.
