Release tarball is missing README.md #556

The release tarball (on github release page) has a README that tells me to read README.md, but README.md is not included in the tarball.

cyrus-sasl-2.1.27$ cat README 
Look at README.md
cyrus-sasl-2.1.27$ find . -name README.md
./win32/README.md   # not the one
