When somebody visits https://www.cyrusimap.org/, somebody shall be able to select per hyperlink for which version to see the documentation.

This will allow deleting some code, e.g. how to upgrade to version 3.2 from the upgrade.rst file.

Currently the user has to know how the URLs are structured in order to read per release documentation.
