CKAN provides localization for many languages.

Custom labels for CUDC are in English only.
Must provide custom labels in additional languages.
Starting with French

Examples:
French :https://data.urbandatacentre.ca/fr/catalogue/
Korean: https://data.urbandatacentre.ca/ko_KR
