cifsdk wiki doc omission and module dependency

The wiki page omits information that is complete at https://github.com/csirtgadgets/cifsdk-v5-py/blob/master/README.md, including required installation of snappy package and Python geoip2 module. To dedupe documentation, would it be best for the README to instead point to updated information in the wiki?

Also curious about the cifsdk dependency on geoip2. Is it is necessary dependency in the client, or can all geoip processing be left server-side? Would it be possible to at least add geoip2 as a dependency in the cifsdk package so that it's pulled in automatically at install time?
