Add option to preserve traced installation data after forced uninstall

It would be really nice if this feature could be available.

Alienware Command Centre, for example, installs itself and all of it's dependencies through Windows Update and to effectively remove it all I would need to uninstall it, install with a traced install again and force uninstall again.

My main gripes with this are:

1. It's tedious
2. The subsequent traced install may not capture all of the crap that Alienware installs if the installer doesn't recreate items that already exist from a previous install (that I haven't been able to remove manually).
