traces of roxio cd burning software still exists after uninstall tool

even after removing roxio cd burning software using the tool, traces still exist which is causing an install error message every time i open up microsoft word. see screenshots



i have performed a manual search on my drive C to find any files with the words "Roxio" and many have come up. the question is how do i know which ones i can safely delete? is there a chance deleting any of these will affect other applications? for instance, there is a "roxio shared" folder.

i have contacted the software manufacturer but they are no longer providing support
