Migrating Tracked Program Info Between Uninstall Tool Versions

I purchased both the Installer and Portable versions of Uninstall Tool. I have an installed version (used for 30-day trial) which has several tracked installs recorded. I wish to switch to the Portable version on this computer. Is there a way to export the Installed Program information so I can uninstall this (Installer) version and replace it with the Portable version without losing the tracked program information?
Conversely, how would I export tracked information from a Portable version to an Installer version?

As far as I know, the installer and portable version stores the data in the same place for both versions.
For this program, portable just means it can run from anywhere, which makes the most sense.
