"Max retry count reached"

Hello,
I managed to get to the download step, ffmpeg is installed, the audio and subtitles are recognized and all, it starts downloading but, unfortunately, I have an error after approximately a minute (the download bar stays to 0% all this time). It says:

"An error occurred: Max retry count reached (5), multiple errors occurred while receiving segment 9: error decoding response body"

I have no idea where the error is coming from, if it's related to a bad internet or acces to files.
