[Feature Request] Add the ability to disable Currency accrual without disabling other stat accrual

Describe the issue you're experiencing
In Firebot, if I want to disable Currency accrual for a given viewer, I need to fully disable stat accrual (which will also disable stats like watch time). I can use the Roles system to assign a Role to a viewer and set their accrual rate to -1, canceling out the accrual rate for that user -- but if they have any sort of multiplier from being a T1/T2/T3 sub, they still accrue points from those multipliers.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like either an additional checkbox in the Viewer Database to disable currency accrual only (either all currencies or specific checkboxes for added currencies), or I'd like an explicit option in the Roles tab to cause anyone in a Role to receive 0 of that currency, regardless of all other stacking multipliers.

Additional context
Either solution would fit my specific use case but it sounds like the Roles one would be broader and more useful for other streamers.
