Now that the organizational plan of CPAN Testers seems stable, and Github has it's "Projects" tab, this meta-project isn't really needed. It would be better for the roadmap to be organized into tickets and wiki entries, the documentation to be put on the Github wikis, and the project tracked by the projects tab

Organisational projects are not publicly accessible.

But repository-local ones are:

Well that's amazingly awful... But since the projects tab is an amalgamation of the individual project's tickets, this shouldn't be so terrible: People who are moving cards around should have access to the organization. The project-specific ones can't contain tickets from other repos, and for now a lot of the work is going to be cross-discipline. This just means that we can't use the notes feature (which I wouldn't want to) and must have everything in tickets.

I've sent in a request to github about projects being invisible, because this is the second time this week I've encountered that problem :/
