Add new type of appData metadata
- Add partner fee meta-data app-data#53
- Use bips for slippage app-data#55
- Make sure olga is aware of this, so she can create the dashboard
Make use of the UI fee in the UI
Add a maximum UI fee (i.e. not more than 3%)
Worsen the price by the UI fee
Add app data
Add feature flag to disable
