Peak activity and template appear on different channels

Hi, I'm using kilosort 2.5 wrapped inside ecephys pipeline to run spike sorting. For some of my sessions, I'm seeing the channel of peak activity differ from that of the template (see attached for example). I've looked at previous posts on the phy github but the solutions posted there (use dev env and set show_mapped_channels = False) didn't solve my problem. Do you think this could be a bug in kilosort/phy, or perhaps an issue with my recording stability on some sessions? Really appreciate any help!
