CUDA errors in running KiloSort - Please advise!

For the same experiement but different recording sessions, we sometimes get no error and sometimes get the following errors:

An unexpected error occurred trying to launch a kernel. The CUDA error was: invalid configuration argument.

I ran into something similar at one point (kilosort3), unfortunately I don't remember exactly how I resolved it but it might have been related to mexGPUall.m
In case you have not already done so, you need to run this (in the CUDA directory). Sorry if this is not helpful..

I am also getting these. On about every 3rd recording. If anyone solved it it would help.

Try to run mexGPUall.m with stable mode off.
