Since the aws_cdk-aws_apigatewayv2_alpha and aws_cdk-aws_apigatewayv2_integrations_alpha dependencies are deprecated, I removed them from requirements.txt and loosened some of the required aws_cdk-lib version to allow the Lambda deployments to run.
