I'm trying to use JsonRpcProvider to access program data and when a user is connected - I use the Web3Provider object from the wallet (which works fine). But without a user I am trying to use new JsonRpcProvider('https://rpc.test.btcs.network') - which doesn't seem to work as I'd expect.
